TOPICS • Etiquette of communication with the crew, owners and their guests.• Role of the stewardess-cook on the yacht • Duties of the stewardess-cook • Kitchen equipment • Food & Hygiene • Directions in cooking • Basics of gluten-free diet, lactose-free diet and vegetarian diet • Menu for 7 days: breakfast, lunch, dinner, canapé. • Purchase of products for 5-7 days • Décor and serving • Rules of communication with guests when serving meals • Yacht safety regulations and security equipment |
